ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5.

Today, (i.e.29.11.2018), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in Crime No.178 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 4(1)(a) of TNP Act by the respondent police and that they have gone in search of the fourth petitioner alone and they have not harassed other petitioners.
