PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 26.03.2025, passed in Crl.OP(MD).No.5620 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.5620 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 42 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD). No.5620 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court for all hearing dates, without fail. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
