This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and it was closed.

3. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructous.
