RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 19385 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018 for the purpose of surrender Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.M.MANIVEL PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19385 of 2018, dated 30.10.2018 for the purpose of surrender.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are residing in Thoothukudi and Coimbatore, they were unable to arrange the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he seeks time for execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.It is made clear that if the petitioners are not complying with the order, no extension of time will be granted by this Court and the anticipatory bail granted by this Court stands automatically cancelled and further, the respondent police is directed to take immediate action against them.
