Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is a third party to C.C.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai. In connection with the said case, the items set out in the memo were seized from the petitioner herein.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Solicitor General would state that the locker key and the passports were returned to the petitioner but then, the other items mentioned in the memo dated 01.12.2020 appear to be still with the respondent. The learned Additional Solicitor General says that the respondent is ready to hand over the remaining items to the petitioner.
