[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] In view of the similar orders passed in previous matters covering the issue, the present petition may be disposed of by directing the third respondent to produce the vehicle before the Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner will be at liberty to file an application before the Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul for release of the vehicle and if such application is filed, the concerned Judicial Magistrate is requested to consider the same as expeditiously as possible and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
2.W.P.(MD).No.14951 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
