ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.19093 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9777 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).2725 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court dated 03.12.2025 only for a period of 7 days. Hence, he strongly opposed to relax the condition.

3. By way of reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case. Since he is in custody, he is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court dated 03.12.2025.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to comply with the condition passed by this Court dated 03.12.2025 after his release in the concerned 2/4

case.
