PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 12.03.2025, in Crl.MP(MD)No. 3271 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.862 of 2022. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.3271 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.862 of 2022 dated 12.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.MP(MD) No.3271 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.862 of 2022 dated 12.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, monthly once, i.e. on 1st working of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
