Since the impugned order itself provides for an alternative remedy under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and pursue that legal remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Recording the submissions and endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
