O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent, based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2020.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on previous hearing, dated 24.08.2021, totally 461 depositors and around Rs.39 Crores was also involved. So, only the second respondent is a competent person to enquire the matter. On that ground, the matter was listed today for getting instruction by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

W.P.(MD)No..14870 of 2021 for the petitioner would submit that he was examined by the second respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Crime No.2 of 2020 was registered only by the second respondent and now, it is under investigation.

5.Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, now, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
