RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11363 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.610 of 2019 dated 13/01/2020 in Crime No.l05 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SELVAM, Advocate for M/S.C.ARULVADIVEL @ SEKAR, for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.

(MD) No.11363 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.610 of 2019, dated 13.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 06.02.2020 till 24.03.2020 and due to lock down, the petitioner was not able to sign before the Court and thereafter, he is complying the condition from 01.06.2020 till today and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is absent before the Court from 20.03.2020 till 31.05.2020, otherwise, he is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.5779 of 2020 4.It is seen that the petitioner has not signed before the Court from 20.03.2020 till 24.03.2020. On 24.03.2020 to 31.05.2020, which is a lock down period, so the absence of the petitioner from 24.03.2020 to 31.05.2020 is not justified.

5.In view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation the failure of the petitioner, to comply the condition from 20.03.2020 to 31.05.2020, is condoned and the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11363 of 2019 on 13.01.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar month, pending disposal of the appeal.
