ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to fence petitioners house property in Survey No.104/3B, measuring to an extent of 0.09.00 Ares (22 cents) situated at Neduvasal Keelpathi Village Alangudi Taluk Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2022 and to take necessary action, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 3 and 4, prevented the petitioner to fence his house property, in Survey No.104/3B, measuring to an extent of 0.09.00 Ares (22 cents) situated at Neduvasal Keelpathi Village Alangudi Taluk Pudukkottai District. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2022, CSR No.170 of 2022 has been registered and an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police. On enquiry, it is found that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, for which, both parties were advised to approach the competent Civil Court and settle their issues. Accordingly, the representation of the petitioner was closed. 4.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
