ORDER

The petitioner is a Co-operative spinning mill. The third respondent joined in the petitioner mill in the year 2002. But, it is admitted that the writ petitioner was employed under various spinning mill right from the year 1971.

2.It is fairly admitted by the learned counsel for the third respondent that the principal gratuity amount payable to the workman has been settled. What remains to be paid to the third respondent is the interest amount. It is quantified at present at Rs.2,50,000/- lakhs. The said amount shall be paid by the petitioner mill to the third respondent in 10 equal monthly instalments. The first installment shall commence from 01.06.2018 onwards.
