This Writ Petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law by registering the complaint against the 3rd Respondent for his illegal act of trespass, abused in filthy languages, an act of strangulation on the Petitioner's husbands neck and beating the petitioner and other people in the hospital by hands and stick.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of a petitioner's complaint, dated 21.06.2022, the second respondent police has registered a CSR No.368 of 2022 and it is pending for enquiry. 2/4
3.Recorded the said submissions. In view of the above, the second respondent is hereby directed to investigate the case and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
