ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for Aavin submitted that questioning the order dated 18.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.5744 of 2024 filed by the petitioner herein, Aavin has filed writ appeal. It is conceded that the petitioner's financial score is lower compared to that of one Kalaiselvei for Vanthali road. That is why, Aavin has not issued any work order till date. The respondents shall abide by the outcome of the writ appeal that has already been filed.

2.Recording the said stand of the second respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner herein to move this Court again for relief even after lapse of reasonable time, if there is no progress in the matter. No costs.
