ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein, wherein a direction was issued for conducting survey in S.No.490/1C.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents brought to the notice of the Court that survey has already been completed and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved over the manner in which the survey has been conducted, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. This writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
