[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to keep the lands of 4.64 acres in S.No.245/1 in Rajapalayam Revenue Village in Rajapalayam Taluk in Virudhunagar District, to look after and monitor
and to keep the properties without any alterations or encroachments by the respondents 4 to 9.
2.Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, we are of the view that the same cannot be granted by this Court and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, if there is any violation on the part of the private respondents, it is always open to the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority to take necessary action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
