ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.3386 of 2016 dated 28.02.2023 has not been complied, has filed this contempt petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that as against the order passed in WP(MD)No.3386 of 2016, they have preferred an appeal in WA(MD)No. 1241 of 2023. He further submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has entertained the appeal and has granted an order of interim stay on 01.08.2023. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to renew this application based on the outcome of the writ appeal, if need so. Index :
