When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous and may therefore be closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Tender Conditions.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the Tender Conditions in the ensuing years.
