ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the third respondents / The Assistant Engineer, (O & M) TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu Electricity Board, Balakrishnapuram, Karuthanampatti, Mullipadi, Dindigul District, to grant domestic electricity connection to the house of the petitioner at D.No.289, Balakrishnapuram, Karuthanampatti, Keelapatt post, Mullipadi, Dindigul District.

2. The petitioner had given an application on 07.04.2023 in application No.200052360423515. It is only appropriate that the petitioner should mentions the documents relating to the title and possession and also enclose such documents.

3. However, an application has been made, A specific direction is given to the third respondent / Assistant Engineer, Balakrishnapuram, Karuthanampatti, Mullipadi, Dindigul District, to issue notice to the petitioner 2/4

herein and also determine whether there are any objection. If there are no objections raised, then after coming to a satisfaction about the title, possession of the property, he, may proceed further in accordance with rules and regulations. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of.
