PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the respondents to install a Police Booth in the Junction place of old Kuyavarpalayam Road, Indra Nagar Krishnapuram Road to control robbery, chain snatching, eve-teasing and theft. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that a permanent police booth has already been installed in the subject property.
3. In view of the above, no further consideration is required in this writ petition, as the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
