2. The specific prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is that she should not be restrained from participating in the District to District transfer Transfer counseling scheduled to be held on 08.07.2022.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sajibino, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents submitted and produced a letter of the Block Educational Officer, Thiruvarangulam, vide proceedings, dated 07.07.2022 that there is no bar for the petitioner, to participate in the counseling scheduled to be held on 08.07.2022.

4. In view of this development, this Court finds that there is no need to pass any orders in this writ petition and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
