ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.2938 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition. Hence, he strongly objects to allow this petition.

4. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
