ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 28.06.2023 and the requisition submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tenkasi District in D.No.3642/2025 dated 29.04.2025 seeking further six months time to dispose of the case in E.A.No.3 of 2022 in E.P.No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.83 of 2004, this Court made 1/3

"The learned Principal District Judge, Tenkasi District, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in E.A.No.3 of 2022, in E.P.No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.83 of 2004, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.06.2023.
