3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement, which reads as follows:- "Permit to withdraw this W.P. The petitioner seeking re-employment. Now the management come forward to consider my request. If they not do so, petitioner may permit to file a fresh W.P. for the same cause." 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his available legal remedies, if the respondents do not favourably consider his request for the relief sought in this Writ Petition.
