ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5324 of 2026 in Crl.A. (MD)No.519 of 2024 dated 06.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner 1/4

was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 72 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 72 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5324 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.519 of 2024 dated 06.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 01.06.2026 ogy 2/4
