ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorai to quash the impugned show cause notice, dated 16.05.2022 issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.Heard M/s.K.Abiya, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sukumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the second respondent bank.
3.The order impugned in this Writ Petition is only a show cause notice pursuant to a petition filed by the second respondent bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Since the order impugned in this Writ Petition is only a show cause notice and the petitioner has ample opportunity to put-forth his case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the statutory proceedings initiated in accordance with law.

4.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final order, that may be passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
