PRAYER :- To relax the condition order passed in Crl.O.P (MD) no. 6188 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025 and allow to waive appearance before the Cantonment Police station, Trichy daily signing at 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6188 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court inCrl.O.P (MD) no. 6188 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy District, weekly once, ie. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. 2/3
