PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.49 of 2020, dated 12.03.2020, on the file of the 1st respondent for offences under Sections 147, 447, 294(b), 427, 506(2) of IPC and to quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner / Accused No.4 is concerned.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 29.02.2024. 2.Since the charge sheet is filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
