O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to survey the lands in survey Nos.567/1, 567/2, 567/3, 567/4, 567/6, 567/6, 567/7, 567/8 and 567/9 to an extent of 1.47.00 hectares bearing patta No.2776 situated at Thirumayam Sub Division, Melayapanaiyoor Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The petitioner had given a representation on 01.06.2023 and also paid necessary charges.

2.It is claimed by the petitioner that he is the owner of the aforementioned properties.

3.A direction is given to the first and second respondents to examine the representation of the petitioner and after making necessary enquiry, if there is no impediment, proceed to conduct survey of the lands. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
