PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.5746 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3266 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai on weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5746 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3266 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).
