O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents to survey the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.2191/2B to an extent of 0.5.0 ares (483 sq.ft.) (44.87 sq.meter) situated at Thimarasan Naickanur Village, Andipatti Sub Division, Periyakulam Registration District, Theni District based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 18.09.2017 to the respondents to measure and demarcate the above mentioned property and the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

4.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner there is no rival claim or suit is pending with regard to the property in question.

5.Such being the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
