This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Rent Court (Principle District Munsif Court), Madurai Town, to expedite the Eviction Petition in R.L.T.O.P.NO.112 of 2020 and dispose of the same within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the landlord and the petitioner filed Eviction Petition in the year 2020 and till date the petition is pending. He would submit that the petitioner is aged 77 years and therefore, he seeks expeditious disposal of the eviction petition.

3. Considering the age of the petitioner and circumstances of the case, the learned Principle District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.NO.112 of 2020 in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
