O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No. 62324/12/G3 dated 01.03.2017 pending on the file of the third respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a Revision Petition before the third respondent to register his name as a cultivating tenant and the same is pending so far without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Revision Petition is pending right from the year 2012, in which, arguments on either side already completed and orders are yet to be passed.

5.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No.62324/12/G3 dated 01.03.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
