Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18424 of 2018, dated 12.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the respondent police laid charge sheet before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram and the same was taken in S.C.No.94 of 2018.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18424 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, on all hearing dates. Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
