ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).8070 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4

Crl.OP(MD).8070 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruchencode Rural Police Station, Tiruchencode, monthly once, ie. first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
