Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the second Respondent relating to the Award passed by the Second Respondent in I.D.No.63 of 1998 dated 30th October, 2007 and quash the same. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.O.S.KALAISELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition stands ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench towards cost on or before 28.03.2018, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
