Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has not produced any material to show that the petition mentioned survey number is a water body.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that in the representation submitted by the petitioner, prayer is for calling upon the authorities not to lay any road on his patta land.

4. There is no consonance between the writ prayer and the representation made by the petitioner. The writ petition is therefore dismissed for the present. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
