PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.95/2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused herein, who were arrested on 20.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 25(1)(a) of Arms Act and Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.95 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were armed with deadly weapons on 19.06.2022. Hence the complaint. 3.Originally, there was dispute between Veera Muthirayar Sangam and Tamil Nadu Muthirayar Sangam, over which, several cases had been registered. One after another anticipatory bail petitions had been filed before this Court. At that time, two Investigation Officer belongs to Musiri and Samayapuram were present before this Court and stated that because of group rivalry, law and order problem is created by them. Now, this occurrence has taken place, after that. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a compromise talk between two groups is going on. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.12354 of 2022 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case already detention order has been passed against A1, A4, A6 on 25.07.2022.
6.Considering the above facts and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the compromise talk is going on between two rival groups and also considering the period of detention already undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 7.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 26/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / 26/07/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
