Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner by his representation dated 02.07.2020 requested the respondents to complete the recruitment process and make appoint in respect of the Employment Notification in Advertisement No.1/Esstt./CMDA-Recruitment/2015 dated 03.05.2015. However, his request has not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2020 directed to be disposed of, within a stipulated time limit.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
