Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that subsequent to the above said proceeding in Na.Ka.No. A1 /4417/2018, dated 23.01.2020, another proceeding was passed by the same first 2/4

respondent and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
