ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on his representation on 23.11.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit one Dinesh Kumar who is a distant relative have eloped with one Vasanthi and her child and the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing this petitioner with regard to the same the petitioner has sent a representation dated 23.11.2018 to the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Dinesh Kumar having illicit relationship with one Vasanthi has eloped with her and she has also taken her child with her. Based on the complaint given by Ravi, the second respondent has conducted investigation and it came to light that the petitioner has also assisted him and thereby he had been called for enquiry and other than that the respondents have not harassed him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the submission made on either side, that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with the case, the same can be done inaccordance with law.
