ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The petitioner is a noon meal organizer. She is a government servant. Such a person is not eligible for free patta. This stand taken by the respondents cannot be faulted. I do not find any ground to grant relief. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
