O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal in T.R.8057/A3 of 2016 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an appeal before the second respondent to register his name as a cultivating tenant and the same was taken on file in T.R.No.8057/A3 of 2016. Since no order is passed in the appeal till date, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal in T.R.No.8057/A3 of 2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
