ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 336, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.768 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was previous motive between the defacto complainant's husband and the petitioner herein. Due to which, the petitioner abused her in filthy language and also threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
