Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein with regard to Nanja Lands, situated at M.Velankulam Village Survey Nos.146/1 and 146/2, Kalaiyar Koil Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein with regard to Nanja Lands, situated at M.Velankulam Village, Survey Nos.146/1 and 146/2, Kalaiyar Koil Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute in respect of the property between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, who are his relatives, whereas the respondent police is unnecessarily interfering in the dispute.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it transpired that the matter pertains to civil dispute and therefore, the parties were advised to approach the appropriate Civil Court for their remedy.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
