O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue Missing Certificate-cum-Non-Traceable Certificate, in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey Nos.238/4A and 4C situated at Kulamangalam Village, Madurai District, by considering the representation dated 30.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lost his title documents in respect of the subject property, for which, he has made a representation on 30.06.2022, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to consider 2/5

the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered as per the Circular issued by the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai-4, vide Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, in terms of the Circular issued by the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai-4, vide Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
