ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 57 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai and dispose of the same.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai to dispose the case pending in C.C. No. 57 of 2014, within a period of Three (3) Months months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
