ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner at the investigation of 3rd respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner also appeared and stated that it is money issue between them and they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil process. Hence, the complaint has been closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
