ORDER

Aggrieved over the pendency of the application, to condone the delay in filing an application to set aside the ex parte decree, the revision petitioners are before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that, the first petitioner is aged about 78 years and therefore, he seeks early disposal of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.179 of 2007, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cheranmahadevi.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the learned District Musnif, Cheranmahadevi, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.179 of 2007, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
